The FAIR (Finance Assurance Innovation Responsable) project was initiated in 2011 with the aim of creating a Responsible-Innovation methodology for the banking and insurance sector. It was made up of a consortium of major industry actors including BNP Paribas, BPCE, Credit Agricole, Groupe La Poste and Humanis. Led in collaboration with the innovation consulting company specialized in design-thinking methodology, Altran Pr[i]me, the project has developed a process to integrate responsibility at all levels of the organization and at each stage of the innovation process, based on that design-thinking method. ISIS has contributed at all levels of the project while researching and applying the most relevant academic basis for developing a reliable process of implementation. The deliverables of the project are a short film demonstrating how to use the responsible-innovation method; a making-of video showing how this process was developed and a written manual to serve as a guideline for using the responsible-innovation process to be used with the demonstrator video.
